2021-2022 SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

The Middletown Athletic Boosters Club is seeking sponsors to support the 2020-2021 Middletown Athletic Program.  School funding continues to be tight so we continue to need support from local groups, organizations, businesses and people willing to make a difference.  This is a great way to display your company name throughout the school year. Please take a look at the tri-fold we’ve included at the bottom of the this page. Select your level of sponsorship and return the tri-fold with payment.   Your donation would go a long way in the overall success of the program as 100% of the donation goes directly to the Athletic Department to help offset cuts in supplies and equipment the AD budget can no longer support.  If you would like to donate to a particular sport or team, that is available as well. Last, we are a 501(c)(3), which allows contributions to the club to be deductible.

MIDDLETOWN ATHLETIC BOOSTERS CLUB RECEIVES 501 (C)(3) STATUS FROM IRS.

This status allows the club to be exempt from Federal Income Tax. Of more importance, contributions to the club are deductible under section 170 of the Code. The Club is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.  The Middletown High School Athletic Boosters Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded on the belief that participation in athletics should be included in the educational experience. Our overall purpose is to raise and manage funds in support of the athletics at Middletown High School and Gaudet Middle School.
